Automated License Code Requests for (E)JES
and the
(E)JES Workstation Component
E)JES customers with maintenance contracts may request, via the Internet, a license code with a grace period to run (E)JES or the (E)JES workstation component in an unlicensed environment for up to 21 days in order to perform a disaster recovery test, maintain or upgrade a processor, increase the capacity of an LPAR or z/VM guest, install a new software release, or recover from an actual disaster or emergency.
To receive a license code via e-mail, fill out the appropriate license code request form for (E)JES or the (E)JES workstation component. If you do not have the proper credentials, please email
and we will assign them to you.
You should receive the code approximately ten minutes after you submit this form.
In an effort to streamline acquisition of new CPU IDs, we have provided a printable CPU ID Request Form. You can print the document from the Phoenix Software web site, sign it, then fax it to 310-338-0801.
