Phoenix Software International Acquires Software Products from Allen Systems Group

Los Angeles, Calif., September 28—Phoenix Software International today announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the ASG-Adders, ASG-KeyPlus, and ASG-ODE data entry software products from Allen Systems Group. Phoenix Software International, headquartered in Los Angeles California, will assume all existing support and maintenance agreements with the current customers of these products.
